A feed of liquid seaweed always perks things up. It looks as if it might have some mineral deficiency and the seaweed feed is good for that.

And yes it is a apple tree from seed willtry and see ifthat helps i doea have a brother i platedat the same time although the other is slightly smaller it doesnt have the white mildew on it
