Is this a Lilly?

I have some plants popping up in my garden that I don't remember planting. I think I was given some bulbs years back that I thought had just died as they never emerged. But suddenly I have some beautiful flowers emerging! I think they are a type of lilly? But just guessing, can anyone help name this lovely flower?

Thanks Dove. I wonder if they'll multiply? They're certainly very lovely and might have to get more now I know what it is. 😉

I saw some while we were holidaying in sunny Cornwall last week that appeared to have naturalised and multiplied ... apparently down there they're known as Whistling Jacks ... and I've just noticed that you're in the south-west ... sounds perfect  :D
