Beautiful roses

I just thought I'd share some pics of my lovely roses. I can't take any credit as they were here when i moved in! The darker pink ones smell just like Turkish delight! 😊

    Lovely roses, I can see you're delighted to have them...   if you don't know what they're called, I would say the top one is either 'Gentle Hermione' or 'The Generous Gardener'... the dark pink one is almost certainly 'Gertrude Jekyll'...

    I love the 'English' roses  and especially as they almost all have a beautiful perfume. I am keeping my fingers crossed for all the new roses I planted last year. Can't wait to see them in bloom. Normally my roses are in full bloom mid-June but they are very late this year.

    Hi @hogweed - I never considered myself to be a rose lover until now! I may be converted. Good luck with your roses, I hope you get beautiful blooms.
