Cypress goldcrest ? Snow damage dead on top

I think these are sold in the GC as cypress goldcrest. Not sure why I bought them, but it was when i had zero in the garden and would buy anything.
This is snow damage I think. I thought they would recover but it looks like not. Should I leave them alone, take the tops off (will that look ok and recover? ) or get rid?
