Bugs found my cabbage

Well, after 100 days, bugs found my cabbage.

Anything I can do?

Can I cut the interior leaves or do I need to toss these?

Everything is out of focus, but I would hazard a guess that they are aphids.
Spray the leaves with soapy water. Then give them a good hard squoosh with a hose.
