Gloves for brambles?

Rob LockwoodRob Lockwood Midlands of EnglandPosts: 328
My hands are shot through with bramble thorns as I've just cleared a lot of old (last years: brown) brambles.  To avoid this in future, what would forkers recommend as gloves, probably just for this job, but which will keep out even old, dried (and hardened) bramble thorns.

I think I've picked up that Kevlar palms/fingers might do the trick (don't think I need anything other than a cloth back), but welcome any thoughts!
