I get this every year, cant remember what it turns into, never really been a problems so I usually leave it be, but this year seems to be a lot more (I imagine I let it flower and seed). It has a waxy leaf, and scrambles/climbs with tendrils. Underground it has huge tubors, bigger than a large turnip. Any ideas? thanks

Never grown them so wouldnt know. A lot of bits of cucumber end up in the compost so its not unfeasible. Do they have a huge tubor though? Its like a very large white turnip underground. Just had a google. The leaf looks similar. The leaves on this are very fleshy and waxy, is that cucumber like?

ah that looks like the one!. Grows under the hedgerows a lot so that would make sense. I'll let some of it be then, thanks!
