I have in my greenhouse growing from seed a variety of tomatoes.

I need to know what type/size of pots to use when re-potting.

What variety can be potted in hanging baskets.

Varieties I have are:-   Red cherry; cerise; orange fuche; minibells; along with gardeners delight; golden sunrise; marmande.

Please can you tell me which ones will thrive in a hanging basket.

    The ones to use in hanging baskets are tumbling  toms. There is a yellow and a red sort.
    The rest I would use a pot the size of the buckets that florists use.

    Generally speaking, toms such as Gardeners Delight are known as Indeterminate tomatoes, you pinch out the side shoots so you have a single long stem that the trusses form on.
    Minibel is a Determinate tomato that grows as a bush, and side shoots are not pinched out.

    For hanging baskets you want Determinate (bush) varieties
    Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit.
    Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad.
