Please help identify tree and its disease

So I have this tree I never knew what’s it called. It has an orange ornamental berry when it blooms in summer. I actually really like this tree. Today I noticed some leaf has burnt and some leaf has a white burn spot?I believe that it may be some sort of tree disease but I am no expert and don’t know what’s wrong with it or what I can do to prevent further leaves drying/dying and just wanna save the whole tree before its too late.
Please can anyone Identify this type of tree and what may be wrong with it?

It's a Sorbus (Rowan) of some kind. They are prone to a few diseases, some quite nasty, but I'm not an expert sorry.

    It's rowan, but I'm afraid I don't know what's wrong with it :(

Well, I think your tree is some kind of Sorbus or rowan.

I think you have two different problems.

Not sure what the brown bits are but the white dots may be this:
