Shrub / tree ID

Does anybody know what this plant is? I planted it from seed about 10 years ago. I think I got the seed from a tree at Westonbirt Arboretum....! It's in a pot and I don't know if I should be thinking of repotting or not. It seems to be doing fine in the shade under my cherry tree and has some lovely pink flowers. It's only about 3' tall.
