If the main trunk is split, it’s probably curtains for it, but if it’s just the side branch you could try pruning it off and tying it together into a tidier shape. It is leaning quite a bit in the direction of your neighbours house, though...
Mountainous Northern Catalunya, Spain. Hot summers, cold winters.
I'd either take it out completely or else, assuming it is two stems and not a split trunk I'd cut those both back to make it look like one, coherent, fastigiate tree again.

There's probably a prettier tree that would go nicely by the lovely Wendy House ... perhaps the children could help choose a fruit tree or something with blossom that would help stimulate an interest in nature and gardening?
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
I think a professional could probably carefully prune out the two leaning branches which probably got trashed by strong winds. If you like the tree, it would probably be worth the money (get a few quotes) but because of the height, I don't advise an amateur do it.
I would assume it is leaning because of strong winds. It's been like that since i moved here 3 years ago. I think the answer is to take it out, but I hate killing anything
