Hebe Dying?

Greenish Fingered Girl

Hey I bought a Hebe reduced as it was a little worse for worse and was hoping I could bring it back to life but it has got about 4 leaves on it since I got it 3 months ago. I have done the scratch test and it is still alive but I don’t know what else to do to make it green and luscious again? Thanks 😃

If it only has a few leaves, it doesn't sound promising. You don't mention the size or variety of the plant, but all you can do is prune it all back, and keep it somewhere sheltered, out of full sun and strong wind, and cross your fingers.   
I'm assuming it's in some decent compost too. If it's still in the same pot/soil you bought it in, repot into fresh stuff as there will be no nutrients left for it.
