Hi,

Bought some gijnlin crowns from b&q earlier, 50p each. I've been meaning to set up a bed for a while but haven't yet. Is it worth planting them up in big tubs and either leave them there or transfer them in the autumn or next spring?

Not sure about the temporary planting in big tubs idea but I would suggest the crowns don't dry out - I think I lost all mine last year because I didn't plant them soon enough.
