Is this lavender or russian sage ? and in any case why isn't it blooming ?? it's now late spring here ... and as you can see it's a bit sleepy if I may say that ..what is wrong ?
Its a toothed lavender, I reckon - my Russian sage has much bigger teeth, so to speak and slightly curlier looking. It’s quite early for it to be flowering but it does look a bit droopy. They like a really gritty compost that you allow to dry out between watering, so wrong compost mix or overwatering are both a possibility...
