please help me identify this plant

the plant is forming a 30cm dome, round hairy stems, non-variaged leaves and bunches of cerise flowers are appearing

Red Campion, Silene.
I call it a weed it would take over here if I didn’t pull it out.
I leave a few on the banks but don’t let it seed. Every little flower has thousands of seeds that explode when you touch them.
