Replanting Camillia & Rhododendron

Could anyone tell me the best time to replant a large camellia and a rhododendron? Is is after they have flowered?

    Are you talking in pot or the garden, if in the garden I would say autumn, spring if re-potting,

    Thank you. They are in pots, apologies I should have said.

    If they're currently in pots and you're planting into the ground they can be planted at any time, unless the soil's frozen or waterlogged. 
    If you're repottinginto a bigger pot, you can do it now.  :)
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
