    Looks like Hedge Garlic (Alliaria petiolata) to me. Good for Orange Tip butterflies, so I'd let it have its head if it's not offending you.

    It's a biennial and spreads by seed not suckering roots, so as long as you deadhead most of it before it sets seed it's not a problem.  It really is an important food source for Orange tip caterpillars, so I'm happy to see it.

    Stuart and cody, I would dig it out and dispose of. (Not in your compost bin as it may spread disease)  Burn or council waste bin.
