just bought this beauty, never had a rose, would be grateful for any tips

hi it only has a label with a basic care instruction on it..eg water once daily it has no name which is a shame.

That's unusual ... do we even know if it's a bush or a climber?
Watering daily seems a bit frequent to me.
It's very early for it to be flowering, especially when we've had such a late spring. Where did you get it from?

I got it from the local fruit& veg shop that sells plants in the summer

That's what I thought too to start with, but I put it all into Google and came up with that website ... enjoy your rose ... it's a gorgeous colour

It looks like a shrub rose and Select is the company.
It's worth remembering what it is, as ramblers, climbers and shrub roses need treating a bit differently (pruning).
