Mixing Liquid seaweed with Iron Sulphate

Having made my liquid seaweed over winter which I want to use on the lawns of 10:1 mix.
Used Iron Sulphate to remove moss on one of the lawns at 2 tbs:9ltr watering can Spring/Autumn.
Is it safe to use the two together and should I alter the mix.
