hardening off necessary?

The plants listed below have been indoors over winter and I'm now wondering if they need what I gather is called 'hardening off' before re-planting outside. Many thank's,Des.

Madeira Argyranthemum, Nemesia Framboise and Cosmos Chocamocha

I would say yes they do. Do you have a coldframe or somewhere sheltered that you can harden them off?

Yes. Put outside during the day, cover up with fleece at night. If frost is forecast, bring them back in.

yes they do. Put them out for increasing times each day and then overnight before you plant out. Don't be hasty, we could still have a frost.
