Daphne's demise

I am so disappointed to find my lovely daphne has succumbed to The Beast from the East. I have lost several since moving here, I know they are not long lived, and can be very "miffy" about where they grow. The perfume is glorious, I would borrow a nose full whenever I walked past the bush. I have decided to try something else with perfume, hopefully longer living. Unless I just happen to see another irresistible daphne in the next visit to a garden centre!

I am a sucker for punishment and hate to be defeated.
