Agapanthus Seedlings
Hi. I am growing some agapanthus seedlings but am a little concerned by how much they resemble grass.. Could someone please put my mind to rest and confirm that they are meant to look like this?
Additionally, they are getting quite large now. Should they be potted on, if so in how big container and in what soil? Thanks in advance.

Pot on again when roots show at the base of the pot and keep potting on into John Innes no 3. It will take a couple of years to get to flowering size so you'll need patience.

It's strange. I done 2 trays worth, one with this variety and another with a different variety from my mother in laws garden. The other variety hasn't germinated at all (nothing growing) and then you have the tray that ive shown you a pic of.. If it is grass then I don't understand why it hasn't grown in both the trays. Now I'm really confused..
I can see one single strand, looks a bit yellowy compared to the grass, may be one or two. Anything with several strands is grass.
