My spring bulbs and shrubs are putting out a wonderful display today. The weather has been lovely, the bees are buzzing, the butterflies have be fluttering about, the birds have been singing, what more could you ask for.

Another day of the same thing? Won’t happen of course.
Your garden looks lovely and it’s way way way ahead of mine.
Apophthegm -  a big word for a small thought.

What a shame your photos are so big, they are taking ages to appear. Its been a lovely day here in SW France too, after so much rain.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

@Jacqueline29 what are the flowers in the second pic called?  You must live in a very mild area.
  • Hi Mary370 they are anemones, they are wonderful, so big and beautiful colours. I live in the south, but have had the snow and a lot of rain recently. They had been protected with fleece, and I have only recently taken the fleece off.
