When do these plants start to appear?

Sedum spectacuble (planted as roots in Autumn)

Solomon's seal (can't remember where it is)

Red Baron grass (generally left out over winter but worried too cold this winter)

Cannas. (As above)

Hi May, My sedum has started to show and my cannas  are starting to sprout in the frost free greenhouse.  Haven't checked my solomon's seal yet and I don't have any grasses only evergreen carex.

I'm not convinced my sedums are alive. Dead twigs and roots that looked pushed out of the ground.

    my sedums never disappear completely.
Solomon's Seal is usually well up by now but isn't
    Cannas likely to be dead

My established sedums have started showing good growth but the offcuts are still mainly sticks with very tiny buds at the base. The cannas were showing growth but the snow put paid to that and hoping they recover but they were in pots so they probably have fared worse. I am hoping my neighbour who very wisely left their cannas in the greenhouse have survived and I can beg a few. By my reckoning gardens and plants are at least 4 weeks behind and I live in Cornwall. I have never known such a wet cold winter but think am trying to remain patient and hopefully in about 4 more weeks the plants and gardens will be all sprouting back to life.

My cannas previously have spent winter in pots outside and have been fine.

Wonder whether my sedum are under the 5 year guarantee. Also have a patio raspberry that cost a lot but was tiny and looks dead.  That was in the cold frame.

Recent winters have been short and mild. This one has been long and cold.

My sedums ('Ruby Glow' and 'Touchdown Teak') are showing and have been for a while. No sign of the Solomon's Seal but I'm pretty sure it hadn't quite started this time last year either. Haven't got either of the others.

I have been looking at my photos from last year, and definitely plants are behind schedule. My Solomon's Seal was growing up end of March/beg April.
My garden and I live in South Wales.

Just checked my SS and they are only half an inch or so out of the soil and tricky to spot.
