Liquid feed for red robin

Hi, I have a large red robin photinia which is looking rather stressed after our harsh winter.  Add to that I’ve only recently understood the benefit of pruning (it’s about two metres high but very threadbare )and it’s planted in a gravel covered border .  I need to liquid feed because of the gravel, any suggestions which one to use ?

A balanced feed such as liquid Growmore should do the trick I would think.
