Looks like Arum. Probably Arum maculatum.....many common names..Lords and Ladies etc.

If you have little children I would advise taking the seed spike off as they are poisonous.
i stopped my car once as I saw a couple walking their 18 month old baby in a buggy, she was holding the berry stalk, I just had to stop and warn them.
