Root Pruning of Very Young Trees
Hello all,
I'm new here and not much of a gardener (yet!).
I've been having troubles with my Lime (citrus) tree that is potted growing inside.
Every year or so it shows signs of struggling to grow, so I transplant it into
a bigger pot and then it's fine. So my question is, can I prune the roots (or stem growth)
to be able to keep it in a small-ish pot? It's currently in an 8" pot on a window sill,
but I don't want to keep transplanting it into bigger pots. The tree is about 1.5ft tall.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks,
Jack
