Can anyone help ID this rose?

This rose has been in my garden for years, and I'd love to know it's name. It’s a shrub rose, repeat flowering. Early flowers are a pale cream in the centre turning white, with deep pink edges.

Photo not loading? I'll try again another day...????

Oh, I see.  How strange ?  I'll be away from my computer for the next few days, but I'll try on another occasion. Thanks for your help.

  • Thanks Dove - I'll have a browse. I noticed elsewhere on the forum that you suggested using a link to a photo sharing site. If I don't find it with your link above, I'll come back with a link to my SmugMug account.  Many thanks!

  • Sorry, I've had no luck browsing the link. This is a link to 5 shots of the rose.

The closest I can find is this one, but mine doesn't curl like this.

  • That is so pretty but I don't recognise it ........ I'd love to know what it is too.

Is it a rambler type or what ...... how does it grow, tall, short etc?

  • It's just a shrub/bush rose. I prune it hard each year, and it grows to around 4.5ft. I suspect that it might forever remain unknown!

Thanks for your interest - it's appreciated.

  • If you can't ID it maybe contacting Classic Roses website with a photo might be an idea ...

  • Good idea.  I'll to that when I get back next weekend - got to go now and pack a suitcase! If I have any joy with it I'll post back and let you know.  ?

  • Oh yest please do.  Thank you image
