Rhododendron just growing & growing

Hi all, I've got a Rhody in my garden, it's full & healthy with buds galore but all it does is open new leaves. . not flowers?  Any ideas how I can get it to flower?  Its about 3ft x 3ft. Thank you

Its been in my garden for years but Ive only really taken an interest in gardening the last 12 months so now I want my flowers...lol.

I initially thought it was never meant to flower as I didnt know any different,  but now I know it should flower I want to correct whatever is wrong.  Maybe it just needs feeding do you think?  Thanks for the response.

Can you post some pictures of it for us ... the whole thing including the bed where it's growing ... then we may get some clues as to why it's not performing for you. 

To post photos start with the camera icon ... if it doesn't work reduce the size of the photo.

Thanks, I will take some more photos, I did try to upload pics but they may need resizing. IllI'take better pics tomorrow as the lighting will be better. Thank you will post again tomorrow.
