Transvaal katjiepiering

I have a beautiful Transvaal Katjiepiering with resident stink goggas.  In the [revious season the tree/shrub flowered but not recently.

I'm assuming the stink goggas is causing this.  Initialliy I hoped it was some form of symbiotic relationship.

I'm not keen on using pesticides to address this and would welcome any help!
