Plant identification?

Hi guys

Found this poking through the back of the garden, looks like it's coming from next doors garden under my fence and was starting to spread. Searched various sites for vines and weeds but can't get a hit. Your help is much appreciated. Must be evergreen and in flower already  , Myrtle maybe ?
