How to hide an ugly extension

I've just bought a house (in London) and my next door neighbour has an old extension that extends into the garden. It's made from white plastic (looks like a giant fridge on its side) and is about 2.95m high and 4m long. My garden is west facing and the extension (the part I need to conceal) faces north. I need some ideas…
