Tomato Blight

Last year we had blight in a poly tunnel  . All the plants were in 10 or 12 " pots 

We are planning to increase ventilation this season for next season . 

My query is we are planning t to glow toms again in the same tunnel.  Clean all pots  and inside of tunnel with Jeyes fluid. Dipping the pots and spraying the polythene . Will this work and if so what concentration  of jeyes can you recommend. 

If not what else can you suggest
