I would like to know what is your best potatoes to grow .

I am looking for a creamy tasting one that is good for mashing .

I particularly like "Isle of Jura" for huge oval smooth tubers.

And "carolus" produces slightly smaller tubers with red eyes slightly harder to peel but blight resistant. Both mash and roast really well.
