I sprayed with water couple times
Those brown spots may well be caued by too much direct sunlight.
Dracaenas grow in the lower parts of rainforests and don't need very much light.
They are very easy house plants, but don't like direct sunlight.
Kleipieper's right. They like indirect light and will get sunburn in direct sun. Dunk the plant pot in a bucket of water till no further bubbles appear then let it drain completely. Put it back in its cache-pot in a light spot in a north facing room or else a light spot away from the window in another room.
Always water using the dunking method so it doesn't get water drops on its leaves as they will magnify any sunlight. Mist occasionally with a fine spray as they like humidity too.
