Pest Identification

Hi, can anyone help me identify this pest I have infesting my plumeria? (see picture)

They are short (1mm-ish), thin and black in appearance.

The plumeria is kept indoors. The same plant suffered from spider mite in the summer but that issue seems to have been replaced by these new invaders.

I gave the plant a spray of 'Bug Clear' earlier today but some of the pests still seem to be moving.

Sorry about the picture quality. Any help appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi Mike, thank you for your response.

To answer your question, I live in London. Hear are some more pictures.

As I mentioned, I have given the plant one application of bug clear. I have also cleaned each leaf by hand. There are still some pests remaining, moving about. I thought they could be some kind of Thrips although i'm not sure their current activity fits their typical life cycle.

The plumeria plagues continue. First it was red spider mites (i think), then Thrips (i think), now the leaves seem to be besieged by a new pest. The leaves keep falling one by one.

    Can anyone help identity them?
