Palm Identify Help
Hello, Ive recently been handed over my fathers house and he always had some unique plants in the yard. Im having trouble identifying this palm. Its about 30 feet and it has large narrow thorns all the way to the bottom. I believe it is full grown but I'm not sure. Can anybody help me with this?

If the leaves have a silvery underside , it may be Coccothrinax argentea , or Florida Silver Palm .
There a several species in this genus ; but this seems fairly close
