I didn't realise there was a type of snake that specialises in eating snails. Not the best video for snail lovers but still quite fascinating and the snake has a very amusing face. Apparently the snake had specially adapted jaws to get into the spiral of the shell.
Hurrah - the T's have finally remembered that they love Radichio leaves.
I've also recently used a strip of turf ( grass, clover ) for their house rather than loose soil. Seems to suit them and they quite often forgo their pots to settle in the grass. Needs changing regularly but worth it.
Still no sign of egg laying - they probably saw the news item about world population
I love this idea Always liked the little snails. All the many little bugs and snails and beetles and so on all ahve some very important role to play making the whole garden work. I love that.
Welcome to the thread @rubymargate, I’m not so keen on the garden ones although the blackbirds love them. I prefer mine in the tank indoors, they can only eat what I give them😀

Mr Snail was awake during the day today for some reason. He was sporting this attractive cucumber necklace.

My 2 are eating more now than they were during the last couple of weeks. Haven't yet had to resort to the heat mat
