That's not a "tree"; it's one leaf and 2 fruit. Could you please post a pic of the whole tree?

Where is shrub/tree growing? Is it somewhere south of England? Do the leaves smell of lemon when crushed? The second photo is too far to work out, but in terms of size, I'm thinking it could be Pittosporum Eugenioides at the moment.
