IF THEY ARE ORDERED BARE ROOTED FROM A NURSERY THEY WILL BE SENDING THEM OUT FOR YOU TO PLANT ANY TIME BETWEEN  NOW AND MARCH.

IF THEY ARE POT GROWN YOU CAN PLANT THEM YEAR ROUND.

Bare root can be planted any time from now until February, provided the ground is not frozen. Now would be a good time before the bad weather sets in.

If they are container grown ( as opposed to containerised) they can be planted at any time of year.
