I wouldn't. The weather is less likely to have a long enough warm spell. It's better to delay this till spring next year. Far easier for your turf to take to the soil.
You can lay a lawn at pretty much any time of winter. The most important thing is to level/tread/level etc the soil thoroughly. If you want it done now, do it. It will take just fine.

This is good advice BUT do not attempt to lay turf in frosty conditions or if frost is expected.
