Laurels - Leaves Yellowing

My laurel bush out of four is shedding leaves and yellowing as seen.

fungicides have not worked. Inhave read they are reailient and may fix themselves over the course of winter and a spring growth spurt

any tips?

If that was mine I wouldn’t bother to try and do anything with it, those leaves won’t green up again, pull it out and replace with another. 

Has a dog Wee’d up that one? 

If you really don’t want to replace it you could cut it back almost to the ground, it will shoot out nicely from the base and could be ok.
