Does anyone know what this is?

imageHi guys my mum is really curious to find out what this plant is that was here when we moved in. It's around 7" tall we think it's a type of fern, please help shed some light on it.

    Looks like Taxus baccata 'Fastigiata' ; or Irish Yew ; expensive to buy , nurture it . Berries are toxic to us , but not to blackbirds image ; nothing to do with ferns !!

    In hindsight , maybe you were referring to what looks like Herb Robert (Geranium robertianum) growing near its base !
