What was the apricot Monty planted on GW?

Hi, does anyone else grow apricots in a pot. My hubby loves apricots. Could i grow one in a good size pot in Norfolk?

    The variety on GW this week was 'Compacta' https://www.orangepippintrees.co.uk/apricot-trees/compacta-apricot .

    I know someone in Lincolnshire who grows apricots in the garden but not in containers.  However, 'Compacta' seems to have been developed specifically for container cultivation.

    I haven't been able to source that one on the net, others like Alfred and Isabelle, i wonder why Monty chose that one in particular?
