Mystery plant, ..a spiny monster
This plant is about 50 cms wide, and see the spines all over the huge leaves, and centre, on the topside and underside of this plant. It is definitely the most vigorous plant that I have ever grown, and it started this spring from a packet of shade loving flower seeds !
Can anyone help with this identification please ?

Teasel, it's a wild flower
Thank you AM.
I wanted to be sure that it was not a plant which could cause an environmental problem , and so now I can let it continue growing away !
I have looked it up, and find that it can become a problem with active self seeding, but overall I am relieved !
Thank you for your quick reply !
