Care of Autumn sown seeds

Hi
I planted some poppy seeds in the middle of September( kept them in a cold frame) they have grown so well they are getting leggy. What do I do with them now ? will they slow down a bit as the weather gets colder, they look ready for planting out.

Harden them off and plant them out. They're best direct sown
