Shrub identification

Hi to all,

I have just bought a new house that has my first real garden. We have tamed it somewhat and removed all the bramble, nettles etc. but next to some apple trees is a bush with red bean shaped berries.

I want to cut this down to make room for other fruit trees I currently have in containers, but would like to know what it is and should I want to regrow it somewhere else in the garden can I regrow it from a cutting ?

I am very new to gardening, plants traditionally come to my house to die, so it is something I am looking forward to learning.

You can grow it from cuttings or sow those seeds
