Dead conifer hedge
I have had my garden landscaped and the gardeners have killed my hedge row of conifers by cutting the roots there is about a dozen tree affected don't want to remove as it will cause bigger problems so I was wondering if there where any climbers I could put there to cover dead trees the only problem I have is there isn't any root space to plant anything can anyone help

IF YOU ARE SURE THAT IT WAS THE LANDSCAPE GARDENERS WOT DONE IT, I WOULD INSIST THAT THEY REPLACE THE HEDGE LIKE FOR LIKE.
NOTHING IS GOING TO COVER A DEAD HEDGE AND MAKE IT LOOK LIKE ANYTHING OTHER THAN A DEAD HEDGE COVERED IN SOMETHING. PLUS, THE GROUND WILL BE VERY DRY AND DEPLETED OF NUTRIENTS SO NOTHING IS GOING TO THRIVE.
IF THEY ARE A REPUTABLE COMPANY (A) THEY WILL HAVE INSURANCE AND (B) THEY WON'T WANT BAD PUBLICITY.
