Can someone please advise the name of the variety of white tulip bulb to buy, with a large white flower head?

     Me too - and it's more reliable than many of the whites.

    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....


  • I too would recommend white triumphator.

    I originally planted purissima, but I find that although they flower reliably year on year and the flowers last well, I don't much like the way they open right out flat like a plate. not very tulip like.
