I would take heeled cuttings ... You could try now or in late spring/early summer.
They also grow easily from seed ... Pop a few in a pot of compost and put in a sheltered corner and keep moist and you should get seedlings in the spring.

This year it has seeded all over the garden. No need for cuttings.
